These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Complifai platform, operated by Haijja AB. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
Complifai is a NIS2 compliance management platform that integrates with Microsoft 365 to help organisations manage risk registers, incident reporting, supplier assessments, and compliance documentation required under the EU NIS2 Directive (Directive (EU) 2022/2555).
The service is operated by Haijja AB, a company registered in Sweden. General enquiries: info@complifai.se.
New organisations receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access is suspended until a paid subscription is activated.
Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry to allow subscription activation. If no subscription is started within 30 days, trial data is permanently deleted.
Complifai is available on three plans, billed monthly per organisation:
Pricing is denominated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and excludes VAT. VAT is added at the applicable Swedish rate for Swedish customers.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the calendar day corresponding to the subscription start date.
Haijja AB does not store payment card data. All card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
If payment fails, access may be suspended after 14 days' written notice. Haijja AB may update pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to account administrators. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
You agree not to:
Haijja AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for material violations of this section.
Authentication is handled exclusively via Microsoft Azure AD. You must have a valid Microsoft 365 account associated with your organisation to use the service.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organisation's account. Notify us immediately at info@complifai.se if you suspect unauthorised access.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice to info@complifai.se. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period following the notice period. No refund is issued for the remaining days in the final billing period.
Upon termination, your organisation's data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for full retention terms.
Haijja AB may terminate this agreement immediately if you materially breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
You retain full ownership of all compliance data, documents, and records you create within the platform. Haijja AB does not claim any rights to your compliance data.
By using the service, you grant Haijja AB a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. This licence terminates when your data is deleted.
Your organisation remains the data controller for all personal data stored in Complifai. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing any personal data entered into the platform.
The Complifai platform — including its software, design, algorithms, and content — is owned by Haijja AB and protected by Swedish and EU intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to the Complifai brand or underlying software.
Haijja AB aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Microsoft, Stripe).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haijja AB's total liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Haijja AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or regulatory fines. Complifai is a compliance management tool — it does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance with NIS2 or any other framework.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
Haijja AB may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be notified to account administrators by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at complifai.se/terms.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
